Main Ingredients
- 125 grams pastrami (approx.)
- 1 Kaiser roll
- 2 tablespoons schmaltz
- 1 fresh jalapeno
- 1/4 white onion
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 60 grams Gruyer cheese (optional)
Spice Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to
- Slice Gruyere into thin slices.
- Toast roll with 1 tablespoon schmaltz.
- Chop onion, jalapeno and fry with schmaltz and horseradish.
- Add sliced pastrami to fried mix and heat through.
- Place Pastrami and fried mix on Kaiser roll, top with half of spices, then top with cheese, then top cheese with other half of spices.
